As Drew's carpool arrives at Winfred-Louder, Mrs. Louder calls and tells him that he has been chosen to coordinate hiring for the corporation's new stores in Europe. He must make it to the boardroom quickly to hold onto the promotion. Drew falls in an oil slick in the parking garage and has to buy a new shirt. The replacement shirt gets torn as he intervenes in a dispute between Kate and an irate customer. The clerk charges him several thousand dollars for the shirt, and panics when Drew asks him to correct the mistake. Mrs. Louder repeatedly admonishes Drew over the loudspeaker for not showing up in the boardroom. Larry and Drew get stuck in the elevator at a time when both badly need to use the bathroom. Lewis and Oswald then detain Drew and make him listen to a ridiculous story about a "recovered memory" of Lewis's.
