After Nick tells Taylor that, because of her close call with alcohol, he doesn’t know if he can give her the support that she needs or if their relationship can last much longer. Taylor asks Nick if he wants her to bow out of their relationship so that he can get back together with Brooke. Nick tells Taylor that he will continue to love her and keep their family together as long as she loves their child unconditionally. Jackie asks Bridget for her support to help get Brooke and Nick back together since Bridget, herself, had once sacrificed her marriage for her mother and Nick to be together.
