Milly Parker, who runs a cafe is having trouble. Her younger brother, Tim is a member of an outlaw gang. Milly cals Gene in to help her brother. Gene and Pat find Tim doing a one-man rodeo. Gene and Pat risk it all to convince Tim that ther is nothing cool about being part of an outlaw gang. Gene, Pat and Tim are captured and taken to a lynching.
