Sally has enough of the banging and tells Steve he's ripping her nerves to pieces. Derek's car fails to start, he asks Kevin to fix it but Kevin slams the door in his face. Someone complains about Kevin's servicing to the police. The police tell Kevin to find somewhere else to set up business. Mavis lets it slip that Derek informed the police and causes a row between her and Sally. The residents accuse Derek of acting out of spite. Kevin explodes at the twins when they start throwing concrete around. He threatens Jim with the police if it carries on.
