Alf's car radio is stolen again and Audrey demands he call the police, but he hesitates. Alf tells Jim about the theft. Jim tells him he'll get him anew radio and replace the broken window for him. Audrey tells Alf she's phoned the police and he is alarmed. WDC Chapman talks to the Roberts and Mavis about the radios. Mavis is forced to tell the police that she bought the radio from Steve. Chapman then questions Steve, who says he bought the radios but refuses to say who from. He is taken to the station and Jim goes with him.
