Rita is amazed that Derek has proposed to Mavis. Debbie's exam results come through - two CSE 4's and two 5's and one unclassified - all failure results. Billy tells Fred that he's no longer needed at the Rovers and advises him to look for a job and a home. Fred accuses him of throwing him into the street after he's kept the pub going for Annie.
