High up on the side of an office tower block, a window cleaner's arm gets stuck in a cradle mechanism. In the absence of a high line rescue team, a terrified Sicknote is sent down on a rope. Sicknote frees the mechanism and repairs the wound but then has to be lowered all the way to the ground where he collapses.
