Bernice spends the day threatening about names for the baby; she doesn't want anything too common. Business is lacking at Chez Marlon and Tricia isn't the favourite person on everyone's list. In an attempt to help Marlon, she humiliatingly asks for her job back at The Woolpack, whom Bernice refuses. The lads from Tenant House and Ashley put on their running shoes and compete through a jog around the village. Rodney lets slip to Tricia that Diane may be playing both Alan and Jack at the same time. Tricia heatedly confronts Diane about this in front of a crowd in the pub, and is once again humiliated when the whole thing turns out to be a sham.
