Tracy and Michael are concerned about how to break it to Alice that she won’t get Rafe’s heart after all. Tracy promises to find Alice a better heart but wants her to keep quiet about about what she heard. Silas tells Nina that he heard her waking up during the night shouting out Rafe’s name. Silas enters Rafe’s room and Sam tells him his heart can’t be used for the transplant because of his drug use.
