Sonic and friends come across a barren planet with 500 Chaos Emerald signals coming from it. Black Narcissus is inside, and sends a message to the Typhoon, a message that only Cosmo can understand. He then sets off fireworks, allowing Cosmo to escape to the planet undetected. Unexpectedly, Chris follows, but Narcissus captures both him and Cosmo. When Chris tries to escape with Cosmo, Chris is attacked and stabbed (knocked out in the English version). Sonic comes to rescue them and is horrified by their predicament, but because the Chaos Emeralds they detected were fake, Sonic draws upon their negative energies and becomes Dark Super Sonic. Dark Super Sonic then proceeds to destroy two Metarex robots Narcissus had prepared just for him for an "experiment" (Gold for strength and Silver for speed). Suddenly, Eggman appears and has Decoe and Bocoe hold Narcissus down while Bokkun kicks him, dealing some damage. Chris and Cosmo are saved by Shadow while Rouge destroys the machine that makes the fake Chaos Emeralds. Sonic and his friends then go back to the Blue Typhoon and Eggman talks to Black Narcissus about what's happened. (thetvdb.com)
